Ingredients

2 large or 3 medium onions
6 cubes beef bouillon
pepper to taste
French bread or toast
1/4 c. butter
4 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

In saucepan cook onions in butter until tender.
Add bouillon, pepper, water and Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer covered for 20 to 25 minutes to blend flavors.
