Amaretto Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Amaretto
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 (9 oz.) cans sweet potatoes
    miniature marshmallows
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Melt butter; add sugar, Amaretto, vanilla and salt.
    Add sweet potatoes and 1/4 cup juice from sweet potatoes.
    Mash and cook sweet potatoes until thoroughly heated.
    Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Top with more marshmallows and chopped pecans.
