Sinful Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen Southern style hash brown potatoes
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    2 c. real mayonnaise
    1 bunch green onions, chopped with tops
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. bacon
Preparation
    Put potatoes in a large bowl.
    They don't have to be thawed completely but break up any large chunks.
    Add Velveeta cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Chop the pound of bacon and saute.
    Should not be crisp; drain.
    Put potato mixture in a 9 x 13-inch casserole and cover with the bacon. Cook, uncovered, in a preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until hot in middle.
