Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine, melted
    4 eggs, beaten
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. Angel Flake coconut
    1 unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Combine sugar, butter, eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and coconut. Mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until set.
    Yields one 9-inch pie.
