Easy Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew beef, cubed (leftover roast or steak)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can onion soup with beef stock
    1/4 c. red cooking wine
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef, then add soup and wine.
    Simmer for 2 1/2 hours. Serve over noodles or rice.
    Serves 4.
    May use crock-pot.
