Shrimp Veracruz - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 C white rice
    1 lb cubed Velveeta
    2 cans Rotel
    2 lbs. Cooked Shrimp
Preparation
    Cook rice until tender.
    Rinse with cold water and drain.
    Mix all and bake at 350 degrees until done.
    Mix salad shrimp if desired and sunflower seeds are optional.
