Quick Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. corn oil
    1 lb. boneless pork, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1 (15 3/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. dark corn syrup
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. green pepper pieces
Preparation
    Heat corn oil in skillet.
    Brown pork.
    Add next six ingredients and bring to boil; simmer 10 minutes or until done. Mix cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water; add to pork with green pepper.
    Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Serve over rice.
