Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium peppers
    3/4 lb. hamburger
    3/4 c. rice
    1 egg
    1 can tomatoes
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    dash of pepper
    2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 large can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Parboil 4 cored pepper shells for about 10 minutes.
    Mix hamburger, egg, garlic salt, pepper, rice and catsup.
    Stuff pepper shells with rice mixture.
    Put in pan with 1 large can of tomato sauce and 1 can of tomatoes (chopped).
    Cover and bring to a boil.
    Lower temperature to low.
    Cook for about 35 minutes with 2 tablespoons of cheese.
    Serves 4.
