Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 or 8 squash, cut up
salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 small chopped onion
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. milk
Preparation
-
Cook squash with salt.
Drain and mash.
Add sugar, beaten egg, cornstarch, chopped onion, cheese and milk.
Mix and place in baking dish.
Top with butter.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven until set firm.
