"Rice Pudding" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    pinch of salt
    2 qt. milk
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Wash rice; boil in water to cover with pinch of salt.
    Bring to a rolling boil.
    Add milk, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla and evaporated milk.
    Bring to a rolling boil. Put in ovenproof bowl.
    Stir often.
    Bake until good and brown, for 1 hour, at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
