Golden Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

In small saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch.
Blend in water, lemon peel and lemon juice.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Blend in butter until melted.
Serve warm.
Makes 1 1/4 cups.
