Astrid Berggren'S Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. lean ground pork
2 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs
1 medium size onion, grated fine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. allspice
Preparation

Best when mixed well overnight.
Keep refrigerated in a covered bowl.
Then, roll in small balls.
Fry in margarine to brown.
Bake 45 minutes, uncovered, at 350\u00b0.
