Ingredients

8 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
butter (size of egg)
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine and cook until thick.
Remove from heat.
Add the coconut.
Have 2 pie shells baked.
Fill with filling.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar to egg whites.
Top pies; sprinkle with coconut.
