Low Country Boil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 small red potatoes
    8 ears corn-on-the-cob, break in half
    2 lb. smoked sausage, cut in 2-inch pieces
    2 lb. fresh shrimp
    1 bag shrimp and crab boil seasoning
Preparation
    Use large pot, 24-quart or bigger.
    Fill half full of water. Add shrimp seasoning.
    Bring to a boil and reduce heat so water is at a slow boiling stage.
    Add potatoes.
    cook for 6 minutes.
    Add corn; cook 5 minutes.
    Add sausage; cook 6 minutes.
    Add shrimp; cook 6 minutes or until potatoes and corn are done.
    Drain. Serve with shrimp sauce and butter.
    Very good.
    One dish supper. Serves 4 to 6.
