Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini, sliced
    1 yellow squash, sliced
    1 medium tomato, sliced
    2 1/2 Tbsp. lo-cal margarine
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Arrange in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Layer squash, tomato, onion and margarine.
    Sprinkle with seasonings.
    Bake 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
