Apricot Chicken(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) jar apricot jelly (low calorie)
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 (8 oz.) jar Russian dressing (low calorie)
    3 1/2 lb. chicken (broiler)
Preparation
    Combine jelly, soup mix and dressing.
    Pour over chicken and marinate for 24 hours.
    Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0. Makes 8 servings.
