Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 large potatoes
    1 small jar green olives, cut in half
    1 small onion, diced
    mayo to moisten
    5 thick slices Swiss cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Boil potatoes; peel and dice into small chunks.
    Place potatoes, Swiss cheese, green olives and onion in large bowl. Mix.
    Add just enough mayonnaise to moisten.
    Pour ingredients into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 uncovered for about 30 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Serves about 10 adults.
