Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. red potatoes
    1 can whole green beans, chilled
    1/2 medium red onion
    2 tomatoes
    2 to 3 hard-boiled eggs
    salt, pepper and oregano
    olive oil
    wine vinegar
Preparation
    Boil potatoes (skin on) until tender, but firm.
    Cool.
    Slice 1/2-inch thick; add green beans, wedged tomatoes and sliced onion. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, olive oil and vinegar to taste; toss.
    Garnish with quartered eggs (lengthwise).
