Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green peppers, ground up
    6 ripe peppers (red), ground up
    6 large onions, ground up
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over the first 3 ingredients and let stand 5 minutes. Drain all hot water off.
    Put into kettle with the remaining ingredients.
    Boil for 20 minutes.
    Pour in pint jars and seal.
