Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    1 c. white bread crumbs, broken up
    1 large or 2 small eggs
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard or Old Bay
    butter or oil
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix bread, eggs, mayonnaise and seasonings.
    Add crab and mix gently to hold lumps.
    If it's too dry, add mayonnaise.
    Form into 6 to 8 cakes.
    Fry until brown and done.
