Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pinto beans, mashed
1 c. Angel Flake coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. sugar
2 sticks butter, melted
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 unbaked pie shells
Preparation

Mix all ingredients thoroughly together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
Makes 3 pies.
