Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. milk
    1 c. crushed saltine crackers
    1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine egg, milk, 2/3 cup cracker crumbs, 1/4 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.
    Stir in onion, corn and pimiento; mix well. Turn into a 1-quart casserole.
    Toss margarine with remaining crumbs; sprinkle atop corn mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
