Corn Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green or red bell peppers
    2 c. frozen corn, thawed
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/3 c. cream
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Remove tops and insides of peppers.
    Wash and drain thoroughly.
    Place the peppers upright in a shallow pan.
    Add 1/2-inch water to pan.
    Mix all the remaining ingredients.
    Spoon into peppers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until peppers are tender.
