Oatmeal Pecan Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. uncooked oats
1 c. pecans
1 c. raisins (optional)

Preparation

Mix margarine and sugars together.
Add egg and vanilla.
Sift together flour, soda and salt.
Add to other ingredients.
Stir in oatmeal, pecans and raisins.
Pour onto wax paper.
Makes about 3 logs.
Chill.
Slice and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
