Avocado-Shrimp Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 avocado, peeled and cubed
    1 grapefruit, peeled and divided into segments
    1/2 c. chili sauce
    1 c. mayonnaise
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    18 medium shrimp, cooked, shelled, cleaned and deveined
Preparation
    Peel and cube avocado.
    Peel and divide the grapefruit into segments; remove seeds.
    In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, chili sauce and lemon juice.
    Mix well.
    Add fruit and shrimp to the mayonnaise mixture.
    Toss lightly to combine ingredients.
    Spoon into stemmed dishes.
    Serve chilled.
