Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. kraut, drained
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 green onion, chopped
    1 small jar pimentos (pepper), chopped
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Bring to a boil and pour over kraut mixture while very hot. Refrigerate overnight.
    Serve cold.
