Homemade Ice Cream(Vanilla) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 pt. half and half or heavy cream
2 Tbsp. vanilla flavor

Preparation

Beat eggs and mix in remaining ingredients.
Using whole milk, fill freezer to fill line.
This recipe is for a 1 gallon freezer. You may use fruit for different flavors.
Freeze according to freezer instructions.
We use table salt instead of ice cream salt (it is cheaper and freezes faster).
