Zucchini Cheese Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 zucchini squash, thinly sliced
2 large onions, thinly sliced
2 c. Swiss cheese, grated or 6 slices
1/4 c. oleo or butter
1 c. bread or cracker crumbs (seasoned crumbs can also be used)
Preparation

Melt butter in casserole dish.
Layer zucchini, onions and cheese until all are used.
Sprinkle bread crumbs and add more cheese on top.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to one hour.
