Glazed Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground ham
    1 lb. ground veal
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 1/2 c. orange juice
    orange slices
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    glaze
Preparation
    Combine ham, veal, egg, 1 cup orange juice, salt, pepper and crumbs.
    Shape and bake in 350\u00b0 oven, in shallow dish, basting often with 1/2 of glaze, for 1 1/2 hours.
    Ten minutes before ham has finished cooking, top with orange slices.
