Ingredients

2 lb. box muffin mix
1 onion
1 can chicken stock
3 eggs
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Brown muffin mix with onions.
Add chicken stock, salt, pepper and eggs.
Pour in baking dish.
Bake until brown at 400\u00b0.
