Crunchy Nut Lentil Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. lentils, cooked
1 1/2 c. onions, sauteed
a little water
soy sauce
1 1/2 c. cooked brown rice
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. sage
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
2 carrots, grated
1 egg
Preparation
-
Mix lentils and rice.
Add all other ingredients.
Put in a baking dish and sprinkle top with grated cheese.
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
