Spanikopita - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh spinach
    7 eggs
    1 lb. fresh Feta cheese
    1 onion
    olive oil
    1 to 2 Tbsp. oregano
    cayenne or black pepper
    1 lb. filo dough
    Pam spray oil
    salt
Preparation
    Wash spinach well; discard stems.
    Tear leaves into small pieces.
    Pat dry.
    Beat eggs, crumble cheese and mix together. Add to spinach.
    Saute chopped onion in olive oil until browned. Add to spinach.
    Season with salt, pepper and oregano to taste.
