Zesty Bacon Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. low-fat cottage cheese
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 Tbsp. scallions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 Tbsp. diced pimientos
Preparation
    In blender, place cottage cheese and cream cheese; blend until smooth.
    Stir in bacon, scallions, parsley, horseradish and diced pimientos.
    Chill for 1 hour.
    Serve with Twigs snack sticks.
