Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    3/4 c. Miracle Whip
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    rice (optional)
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts.
    Cut into strips and cook in 3/4 cup Miracle Whip in a large skillet on medium-high for 3 minutes.
    Add frozen vegetables.
    Stir in 2 tablespoons soy sauce and garlic powder.
    Continue cooking 5 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
    Serve over rice.
    Yields 4 servings.
