Pineapple Tapioca - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. sugar
10 oz. grapefruit juice
Preparation

Soak tapioca in grapefruit juice for 5 minutes.
Add all other ingredients, slowly bring to a boil and allow to boil for 1 minute. Place in four individual serving bowls and chill thoroughly before serving.
Serves 4.
