Meringue Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar (okay to use powdered)
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until frothy; add salt and cream of tartar. Continue beating until stiff; gradually beat in sugar.
    Add vanilla last, then add what you like (chocolate chips, coconut, Rice Krispies, nuts).
    Drop by spoonful on brown paper.
    Bake for about 40 minutes at 275\u00b0.
    Remove from paper while still warm. If difficult to remove, set paper on damp towel.
