Star Chicken(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 onion, finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, crushed or 2 tsp. granulated
    1/3 c. dry white wine or water
    1 bouillon chicken cube, dissolved in 6 oz. water
    1 lb. canned green beans
    4 boneless chicken breasts, cubed
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 2 oz. water
    Parmesan to taste (at table)
Preparation
    Saute garlic and onion in olive oil until golden.
    Add cubed chicken.
    Aside, mix cool bouillon, water, cornstarch and wine and add to chicken mixture.
    Cook, uncovered, on low heat at first, and then for 3 minutes on medium heat.
    Serve over rice or angel hair pasta.
    (Green beans may be added as last step while on medium heat; optional.)
