Ingredients

2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. stick margarine
1 1/4 c. chocolate frozen low-fat yogurt, softened
2 Tbsp. light colored corn syrup
1 Tbsp. 1% low-fat milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
16 large or 48 small chocolate wafer cookies
Preparation

Combine the first 4 ingredients in a small heavy saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently with a whisk. Turn down to a simmer and cook on low heat for about 2 minutes or until thick. Stir
the mixture frequently while it cooks. When finished, remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the margarine and vanilla. Cover and chill thoroughly.
