Cranberry Nut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. orange juice
    1/3 c. oil
    1 c. chopped cranberries
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add orange juice and oil.
    Stir in dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in cranberries and pecans.
    Spoon into 12 greased or paper lined muffin cups (cups will be almost full).
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
