Crabmeat Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. half and half
2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. red pepper
7 1/2 oz. can or 1 c. or 3/4 c. crabmeat
1 c. shredded cheese (Swiss, Munster or Mozzarella)
dash of parsley flakes
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Stir in half and half, onion, salt and pepper. Sprinkle crabmeat and cheese in pan.
Pour egg mixture over top. Sprinkle with parsley.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
