Mandarin Orange Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix (no pudding)
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (not drained)
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 (9 oz.) thawed whipped topping
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
Preparation

Combine cake mix, mandarin oranges, eggs and oil.
Beat 2 minutes at high speed; reduce to low speed and beat 1 minute. Pour batter into 3 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Remove from pans and cool completely.
