Venison Vegetable Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground venison
2 medium onions
1 tsp. tarragon
1 can each: chicken and beef broth
1 can whole kernel corn (undrained)
16 oz. can tomatoes with juice, cut up
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 head cabbage, chopped
4 medium carrots, chopped
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
Preparation

Brown venison, onions and tarragon together in the stew pot. Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil, then simmer for an hour or more.
Let sit without cooking to allow flavors to blend. Reheat before serving.
