Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium Idaho potatoes, baked and halved
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
paprika to taste
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped ham
Preparation

Hollow out potatoes, leaving shells intact.
Combine inside potatoes with remaining ingredients.
Return mixture to shells. Sprinkle additional cheese on top. Bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0 or until cheese is melted.
