Low-Fat Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. nonfat cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 egg whites
    1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    6 Tbsp. water
    1 pt. strawberries
Preparation
    Blend first 4 ingredients with electric mixer at medium speed. Blend in sour cream and egg whites.
    Spray a 9-inch pie pan with nonfat cooking spray; sprinkle with crumbs (may purchase crust). Pour in cheese mixture and bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Cool, then refrigerate for 3 hours.
    Top with berries.
    Serves 8.
