Caramel Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 light caramels
    3 Tbsp. cream
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. oatmeal
    3/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Melt the first 3 ingredients in double boiler and keep warm.
