Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel ripe tomatoes, cook and put through sieve
    5 hot peppers
    5 sweet peppers
    5 large onions
    1 head clove garlic, cook with 1/2 c. oil until soft
    4 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1/4 c. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. basil
    2 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. celery salt
    2 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Cook until thick, about 40 minutes.
    Put into jars and seal. Makes 6 quarts.
