Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 stick margarine
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. flour
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Cream potatoes and 1/2 stick margarine until melted.
Add salt, sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla and nutmeg.
Pour into greased casserole dish (13 x 9-inch).
Top with mixture of the brown sugar, flour, 1/2 stick margarine and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
