Jellied Spinach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. lemon gelatin
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. diced celery
2 Tbsp. vinegar
3 1/2 c. water (divided)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
2 Tbsp. diced onion
Preparation

Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
Add 2 1/2 cups cold water.
As gelatin sets, stir in mayonnaise.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour into dish and chill.
