Health Wise Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (3 oz.) chicken breast fillets, skinned
    2 1/2 c. saltines, crushed medium fine
    1/4 c. powdered milk
    3 Tbsp. diet margarine, melted
    poultry seasoning
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Wash and pat dry chicken.
    Combine crackers, milk and seasonings.
    Place in a sealable plastic bag. Pour margarine on a small plate.
    Coat chicken in margarine and place in bag with dry mix.
    Shake to coat.
    Place in a baking pan sprayed with Pam.
    Sprinkle on some leftover crumbs.
    Drizzle remaining butter over chicken.
    Bake about 20 minutes.
