Broccoli Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fresh broccoli florets (about 1 1/2 lb. Fresh)
    1/2 medium purple onion, chopped
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. pecan pieces
    3/4 c. low-fat mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation
    Combine first four ingredients in a bowl; set aside.
    Combine low-fat mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar, add to broccoli mixture. Stir gently to coat.
    Carefully stir in mandarin oranges.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight before serving.
    (It can be served immediately, but it's better after some refrigeration.)
